Nestled in the heart of Finland's picturesque lake district, Moilas has grown into a solid family business with a rich history. From our humble beginnings as a small home bakery in 1955, we have evolved into one of Finland's largest bakeries, led by a third-generation family. With over 40 years of expertise in gluten-free baking, we proudly hold the position of Finland's market leader and serving customers in 15 other European countries.

Unmatched Freshness
We freeze our products while they are oven-fresh, immediately after rapid cooling. This method ensures that our gluten-free products maintain their optimal taste and freshness during transportation and shelf-life, without the use of preservatives.

Meeting Diverse Needs
Moilas offers a solution for various dining occasions. Thanks to our gluten-free hamburger buns, pita bread, and tortilla wraps, we can offer gluten-free options for street food.
