CVIS U.A is a cooperation on the Dutch Foodservice market of 22 wholesalers in 29 locations and is the Dutch member and shareholder of ECD.

CVIS U.A  consists of three member groups, Horesca Nederland, Topclass Group and Vereenigde Hollandsche Compagnie (VHC).

Horesca Nederland and Topclass Group together are joint parners in the Pascal-Ede Group.

The CVIS U.A members are also members of the biggest buying organisation on the Dutch Foodservice market, called Maxxam CV.

Maxxam CV was created in 2006 as a joint purchasing organisation for a selected number of (Foodservice) suppliers.

The following product areas are covered by the members of CVIS U.A on the Dutch Foodservice market: dry grocery, chilled/fresh and frozen products, non alcoholic beverages, non food, cleaning products.

The turnover of CVIS U.A in 2015 was approximately € 590 million, most of this turnover is on a delivered wholesale basis.
