Cateringross was founded on 9 July 1983, with 13 wholesalers specialising in HORECA and is currently the most important organisation in its field in Italy. Cateringross places contracts and purchases directly for our Associates for all food and non- food products. Today the 46 Associates of Cateringross offer national coverage. The total sales to customers are currently €597m. 56,000 customers are served by our professional sales team of over 500 people.

All communications to members are made by Internet through the Cateringross website. Cateringross’ mission is to develop the co-operation between the business enterprises, promoting centralised purchases through an integrated system between suppliers and Associates, by the introduction of commercial and technical innovations. Cateringross plays a leading role in increasing the profitability and safeguarding the interests of its Associates, always recognising the individual customer’s needs for the right quality products and a timely delivery service.
