This year the Service-Bund Campus is focused on staff in the industry. The “Campus for culinary friends” (6th to 8th November 2016) will take place on Mallorca (Spain) at the ROBINSON Club Cala Serena. Discussion topics are on the agenda include

• review of external factors that complicate recruitment of staff
• development of best practice on the subjects of motivating, developing or leading employees
• kitchen workshops to improve processes and methods in the kitchen and how to achieve a consistent quality standard with less manpower  

During lectures, a “World Café” and practical workshops the speakers will discuss and find solutions with the participants. Many key-speakers are expected – for example Gretel Weiss (editor gv-praxis & food-service), Andreas Becker (VKD President), Ingrid Hartges (managing director DEHOGA) or top chefs like Otto Koch, Ludwig Maurer, Stefan Marquard or Andreas Scholz.
