The first Kaupmees cash and carry was opened in late 1992, so in 2022 Kaupmees will celebrate its 30th anniversary.

During its existence Kaupmees has grown from one location and approximately 1,000 products to become a leading Estonian foodservice distributor with more than 14,000 products in its assortment and 7 cash and carries across Estonia. During the last 15 years Kaupmees has developed its delivery services and now covers the whole of the Estonian market with its delivery network servicing more than 30 000 customers. According to market research carried out yearly by EMOR, Kaupmees is the biggest and most trusted foodservice distributor in the Estonian market.
